At I.P.I 2000 we are passionate about helping people to find their perfect Spanish property and living the dream life they desire, and we want you to enjoy the process too. Our property viewing tours are not only the best in the region in terms of choice (with over 5,000 properties we're sure to find a great selection for you), they're also a lot of fun!

Even if a property in Spain is still just a twinkle in your eye, it’s well worth coming over and having a look round. At the very least, you’ll have a relaxed few days in the sun and a good nosey round some beautiful properties! We can tailor your own personal property tour to include whatever you want to see. If you want to see local schools, that’s what we'll see. If you want to see the beaches, that’s where we’ll go. If you want to check out the best watering-holes, you might just be able to twist our arm.

We know the area inside out and can talk and talk and talk about anything and everything you want to know. And give you lots of inside tit-bits you won’t find in a guide book. Just tell us a bit about your dream lifestyle and we can recommend particular areas for you to look at. We’ll give you an upfront view of what it’s like to live in an area and if we think it’s a good investment. We’ll tell you whether it’s suitable for families or couples, what the local schools are like. And if you’re dreaming of peace and quiet we won’t send you off to party central. We’ll also run through the types of properties you can get for your budget and the pros and cons of each. And if you’re not quite sure what you can afford, you can have a quick chat with our financial partner, either before you come out or once you’re over here. We can show you different parts of the region, so you can get a feel for the particular character of each area. And we won’t waste your time showing you unsuitable properties. We’ll help you draw up a shortlist of places that might suit you before we set off.

What exactly is involved in a property viewing tour? And how long should it take?

Tell us what you’re looking for in Spain

Before you visit us, we’ll ask you what you want from your Spanish property. Do you want to look at new developments or resale homes? Would you like to be near the beach? What type of lifestyle do you lead? And how many bedrooms will you need? Once we hear your ideas and understand your requirements, we can get to work finding the best properties in the most idyllic locations for you.

Meeting up & getting started

Whether you want to spend a few days lazing by the pool before you start your tour, or you’re raring to go, we’ll organise a meeting time that suits you. We can arrange for a friendly face to pick you up from wherever you are – the airport, your hotel, at your home or one of our offices. Before we start looking at properties, we’ll stop for a chat, It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, re-establish what you’re looking for and make sure you’re happy with the plan for the day. We’ll answer any questions you may have and, if you choose, you can meet with an independent lawyer or mortgage broker (in private, of course). If you’re not sure exactly how much you can afford or what options you have, this is a great opportunity to find out.

Get to know the area & the properties

Now it’s time to hop into an air-conditioned car and start the tour. The nature of the tour will depend on how well you know the region and what your requirements are. We can begin by showing you round some of the different areas, looking at local facilities, schools, golf courses and beaches – whatever you’d like to see. If you already know where you’d like to start looking we’ll head straight to the properties. Everyone is different, so every tour is different. We tend not to show more than 4-6 properties in a day as our clients have told us, any more can be a little overwhelming. That’s where our research really comes in – we won’t waste time showing you properties that don’t match your requirements. We’ll always try to show you a range of property types so you can make the most informed decision. With thousands of properties to choose from there’s something to suit every taste and budget.

Relax and enjoy it!

Discovering what different regions and I.P.I 2000 have to offer is a really exciting and enjoyable experience. The pace of the day is entirely up to you. We like to stop off somewhere for a leisurely lunch, giving you the chance talk in private or with us – whichever you prefer. After you’ve viewed the day’s property selection you may want to discount some of the properties now, or arrange for a second look at your favourites. We can also review places in our offices and select new appointments for the morning. Then you’re free to enjoy all the area’s attractions for the evening – we’re happy to join you for a drink, but we certainly won’t try and keep tabs on you after the day’s viewing is over!

Finding your perfect Spanish property

We usually recommend you spend at least three days viewing properties. We’re happy to spend as much time as you need until you feel ready to make an informed decision. If that decision is to go ahead and buy, you can put a holding deposit down to take your chosen property off the market (for this reason it helps bring a credit card along). We can arrange for an independent lawyer to talk you through this process, if you have any questions.

International Property Investments 2000 understands the need for all clients to visit the country of interest and carry out due diligence.

Unlike many Real Estate agents we do not organize Inspection Trips where you will be shown properties from daybreak until dusk. Instead we work with you to select properties prior to your visit and then organize the trip around your needs.

We recognize that every client is different that is why we tailor make our trips for you.

On all trips you will meet with Independent Lawyers, Financial Advisors, Rental agents, Interior Designers and any other professional you feel you need to ensure all your questions are answered.

Where we work in partnership with overseas Developers we make full arrangements for you to visit the country and ensure that the Developers staff are on hand to assist you.
